When you create a Zoho account (including a Zoho Vault account), your information will be stored in one of our datacenters (DC) based on your location, which is determined by your IP address. Your data will be securely stored in the specified data center and will not be transferred to any other data centers. 

 

However, there may be situations where you need to transfer your data to a different data center due to changing regional regulations. Zoho Vault is currently available to customers from seven distinct data centers worldwide:
