Clear a Master Password
Clearing a user's master password
- Log into your Zoho Vault account and select Settings.
- Click on the Users tab.
- Select the User whose master password needs to be cleared.
- Click on the More option.
- Select the option to Clear User Master Password.
- Select the Checkbox to share the data encrypted using the current master password.
- Click on Clear to clear the master password.
- The user’s master password has been voided and cleared.
