To ensure organized and secure access, Super admins can also move the passwords to a specific folder during the transfer. This helps maintain continuity and control over sensitive credentials as your team structure evolves.
How to transfer ownership
- Log in to your Zoho Vault account.
- Navigate to Settings and select Users under User Management.
- Choose the user whose passwords and folders you want to transfer.
- Click More and select Transfer Ownership.
- Select the user to whom you want to transfer ownership.
- Choose the privileges the current owner should retain.
- Select a target folder to move the passwords
- Choose if you want to transfer only passwords, only folders, or all passwords and folders.
- If transferring a subfolder, select the specific subfolder.
- Click Transfer Ownership to complete the process.
