By default, when users sign up and create a Zoho Vault account, they become the super admin for their organization. Vault will generate a sharing key for such super admins and automatically approve their sharing status. Super admins will be able to securely share this key with other users in the org by approving their sharing request from the Status column of the Users tab (Settings).
However, when a user, admin, or even a super admin resets their forgotten master password, they lose access to this sharing key. In such cases, any active user with an Approved sharing status in your account can share the keys with other users by simply logging in to their Zoho Vault account.
