Yes, the passwords are always stored in an encrypted form, and is as secure as the online web access. All your passwords are encrypted with AES-256, and your master password is used as the encryption key. We do not store you master password anywhere, so even if your mobile device gets stolen, passwords cannot be deciphered in plain-text without the master password. We also employ application sandboxing; the app is sandboxed to prevent outside malware, intruders, system resources, or other applications from interacting with it.
