Can I upgrade/downgrade/cancel my account at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or even cancel your account at any time by following the steps mentioned below.

Purchasing a new subscription

To purchase a Zoho Vault subscription:
  1. Log in to your Zoho Vault account.
  2. Select Settings, then click Subscription
  3. Click Modify Subscription.
  4. Click Upgrade corresponding to your preferred Zoho Vault plan.
  5. Select Monthly or Yearly based on your preferred payment schedule. 
  6. Enter the number of user licenses required, then click Proceed.
  7. Enter your billing and payment information, then click Proceed to complete your purchase.

Purchasing additional user licenses

You have to purchase additional user licenses to add new users to your account. To purchase new user licenses:
  1. Log in to your Zoho Vault account.
  2. Select Settings, then click Subscription
  3. Click Modify Subscription.
  4. Click Upgrade User/Add-Ons.
  5. Enter the number of new user licenses required, then click Proceed.
  6. Verify the pro-rated amount shown, then click Proceed.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
Note: After purchasing additional licenses, you can invite new users to Zoho Vault.

Downgrade your existing licenses

To downgrade the license count of your existing Zoho Vault subscription:
  1. Log in to your Zoho Vault account.
  2. Select Settings, then click Subscription
  3. Click Modify Subscription.
  4. Click Downgrade User/Add-Ons.
  5. Enter the number of user licenses you wish to downgrade under Number of Units, then click Proceed.
  6. Verify your selection, then click Proceed to confirm.

Cancel your subscription

To cancel your Zoho Vault subscription:
  1. Log in to your Zoho Vault account.
  2. Select Settings, then click Subscription
  3. Click Modify Subscription.
  4. Select Change Plan under the Subscription Details page
  5. Click Downgrade under Free plan to cancel your paid license. 
Note: To downgrade to a different paid edition of Vault, select Downgrade from under the edition of your choice to migrate accordingly. Follow the on-screen instructions, then click Confirm Downgrade. To cancel your subscription at the time of your payment cycle, select Downgrade automatically at the end of current billing cycle, then click Confirm Downgrade. If you cancel your subscription during your payment cycle, you will receive a pro-rated refund if you're eligible for one.
