Accessing passwords from Zoho Vault is a two-step process. Users first log in to their Zoho account, then access their passwords from Vault using the master password created during account setup. All your sensitive data stored in Vault is encrypted using this master password. This password is not saved anywhere on our servers, and our data centers hold only your encrypted data.
As your data can only be decrypted using your master password, ensure that you remember the master password. A master password is mandatory for all Zoho Vault users, irrespective of user role.
