Zoho Vault only allows password-sharing among the members of the same Zoho organization. When the first user of an organization creates a Zoho Vault account, a separate data space called 'Zoho organization' is created on Zoho servers to manage their accounts and services' data. This user will become a super admin for Vault and an admin for the company's Zoho org, and can invite employees from their company to register with Zoho to become members of the organization.
Note: A user cannot be a member of more than one organization registered with Zoho.
