How do I recover my passwords from data backup?
To import passwords from a backup copy:
- Extract and open the zipped data backup file using your master password.
Note: If you have recently reset your master password, remember to enter the old master password used when this backup file was generated.
- Select Zoho Vault CSV from the top-right corner, then click Export Passwords.
- Click Copy, then log in to your Zoho Vault account.
- Select Import from the Passwords tab, then click Zoho Vault CSV.
- Paste the copied passwords, then follow the on-screen instructions.
