Different password sharing privileges and how they work | Zoho Vault

What are the different password sharing privileges and how do they work?

You can share your passwords with others using four different privileges, namely:
  1. One-Click Login Only - Prevents users from viewing the passwords in plain-text. Users with this access can only auto log in to the websites.
  2. View - Allows users to view the password in plain-text
  3. Modify - Allows users to view and edit the password
  4. Manage - Gives complete control over the password to the user. Users with this permission can share the password with others, or even delete it.
Note: When you share passwords using the one-click login only privilege, users will not be able to see the password in plain-text in Zoho Vault's interface. However, if the user is tech savvy, they could exploit the browser's capabilities and view the password in plain-text during the login process. This represents the inherent limitation of browsers over which Zoho Vault does not have any control.
