Why am I, a super admin, unable to share or view shared passwords?

There are some instances when a super admin can encounter issues with sharing keys generated for their Zoho Vault account. There are two ways to fix this issue:

If at least one user has an Approved status
Please check if any other team member in your organization's Vault has an Approved sharing status (Settings > Users > Status). 

Note: Even inactive users with an Approved status can approve your sharing request.

If no user has an 'Approved' status
In such cases, please try the following steps:

Exporting Passwords
Export passwords, if any, from your Zoho Vault account. To do so:
  1. Select Export Passwords from the Settings tab.
  2. Select Zoho Vault Format CSV, then select Export Passwords.
Regenerating the sharing key
  1. Refresh your page, then select Forgot your Master Password? to regenerate your sharing key. 
  2. Verify your identity by entering your Zoho account password. 
  3. Set up a master password to access your account.

    Note: You can also use the current master password here. 

  4. View your password sharing status from the Users tab under Settings.
Importing passwords
If the sharing status is approved, you can import your passwords as follows:
  1. Select Import from the Passwords tab, then select Zoho Vault
  2. Upload the CSV file, then click Verify.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions, then click Import.
