Generating token from Okta
Follow the steps mentioned below to generate an API token from Okta to update in Zoho Vault.
- Log in to your Okta account as an admin.
- Select API from the Security tab.

- Select Tokens, then click Create token.

- Enter a name for your token (eg. Zoho Vault) and click Create token.

- Copy the one-time viewable generated token, then click Ok, got it. You will have to paste this token while configuring settings in Zoho Vault.
Configuring the token in Zoho Vault
Follow the below mentioned steps to configure the API details generated from Okta in your Zoho Vault account- Log in to your Zoho Vault account as a super-admin
- Select AD/LDAP integration from the Integrations section of Settings tab.

- Verify your business domain under Domain Verification, if you haven't already.
- Select Import, then click Configure.
- Enter your Okta domain URL under Okta URL and paste the token copied from Okta under Okta API token.
- Click Save.

- Click Import, then select users from the user groups accordingly.
- Click Import.
Note: Importing a user group will import all users under that group to Zoho Vault. Additionally, a user group of the same name with the respective users of that group will be created in Vault. You can also import users corresponding to a user group by selecting User groups under Import and expanding the user group to select users under that group to your Zoho Vault account.
