Changing the Login Password for your Zoho Vault Account

Zoho provides single sign-on service across its suite of apps. If you change the password for your Zoho account, it will be updated for all Zoho services. There are two ways to reset your account password: 


  • Resetting an existing, known password
  • Resetting a forgotten password


Resetting an existing, known account password


  1. Log in to Zoho Vault, then click your profile from the top-right corner (next to Notifications).
  2. Click My Account, then re-authenticate with your Zoho password.



  3. Click Security, then select Change Password.



  4. Enter your current password, then set a new password.
  5. Confirm your new password, then click Change Password.



Password constraints

There are a few constraints to remember before choosing your new password. 

  • Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length.
  • Must use a mixture of uppercase or lowercase letters, numerals, and symbols.
  • No portion of the username can be used.
  • The new password must not be the same as your existing password.

Resetting a forgotten Zoho account password

To reset a forgotten Zoho account password:
  1. Access Zoho Vault's login page, then click Sign in.
  2. Enter your email address, then click Forgot Password. 



  3. Enter the Captcha code and click Request. A link with details to reset your Zoho Account password will be sent to the provided email address.



  4. Click Reset Password from the mail
  5. Set a new password for your account, then click Change password.
  6. Click the Continue to Sign In link to access Zoho Vault with the new password.


Note:
  • You can terminate all active sessions while resetting your password. 
  • If you do not see our email, try checking your spam folder.
  • You cannot change the login password for other users
