
Passkeys can only be added by visiting the website of the relying party. They cannot be added through Zoho Vault.
Log in with a passkey saved in Zoho Vault web app
- Make sure you are signed in to the latest version of the Zoho Vault browser extension.
- Navigate to the website where you have a passkey saved in Zoho Vault.
- Enter your username or choose the account you want to log in with. If the website prompts you for a password, look for the option to select Sign in with passkey instead. For example, if Amazon asks you to enter your password, select Sign in with passkey.
- Zoho Vault will prompt you to confirm that you want to log in to the website. Select Confirm to access your account.
Share a passkey using Zoho Vault web app
- To share a passkey, click the Share icon next to the passkey in the Passkeys tab.
- To share multiple passkeys at once, select the desired passkeys, then click Share passkeys under the More actions menu.
- To revoke access to a shared passkey, go to the Passkeys tab and select the passkey you wish to revoke. Click the Share icon, then choose Revoke to remove access.
Delete a passkey saved in Zoho Vault web app
If you wish to delete a passkey, select it and choose the Delete option.
