Secure your Amazon account using passkeys with Zoho Vault

How to set up Passkeys for your Amazon account using Zoho Vault web app

  1. Make sure you are signed in to the latest version of the Zoho Vault browser extension.
  2. Sign in to your Amazon account with your existing password.
  3. Select Account & Lists in the top-right corner of the Amazon homepage.
  4. Select Your Account from the dropdown menu.
  5. Choose Login & Security from the account settings.
  6. Locate the Passkeys section and click Set up. If you already have a passkey set up for your Amazon account, select Edit instead.
  7. If this is your first passkey, click Set up again to proceed. If you already have a passkey and wish to add another, select Add a passkey.
  8. When prompted, select Confirm in the Zoho Vault pop-up to authorize and save your passkey.
Once confirmed, your passkey will be securely saved in your Zoho Vault account.

How to sign in to your Amazon account  using a Passkey saved in Zoho Vault web app

  1. Make sure you are signed in to the latest version of the Zoho Vault browser extension.
  2. Open the Amazon sign-in page in your browser. Zoho Vault will autofill your email address. Click Continue on the Amazon sign-in page.
  3. Select Sign in with a passkey. A Zoho Vault pop-up will appear. Click Confirm to authorize the login.
  4. Once confirmed, Zoho Vault will log you in to your Amazon account securely.

On Zoho Vault Android app

How to set up Passkeys for your Amazon account using Zoho Vault Android app 

  1. Make sure you are signed in to the latest version of the Zoho Vault Android app.
  2. Make sure Zoho Vault is selected as your autofill service on Android. Turn on Zoho Vault autofill for Android.
  3. Tap the profile icon at the bottom of the screen in the Amazon app.
  4. In the Your Account section, tap See All.
  5. Go to Account Settings and choose Login & Security.
  6. Locate the Passkeys section and click Set up. If you already have a passkey set up for your Amazon account, select Edit instead.
  7. If this is your first passkey, click Set up again to proceed. If you already have a passkey and wish to add another, select Add a passkey.
  8. When prompted by Zoho Vault, tap Continue to save the passkey.
Zoho Vault will securely store your passkey in your account.

  1. Make sure you are signed in to the latest version of the Zoho Vault Android app.
  2. Make sure Zoho Vault is selected as your autofill service on Android. Turn on Zoho Vault autofill for Android.
  3. Open the Amazon app and click Already a customer? Sign in.
  4. Zoho Vault will prompt you to sign in using your saved passkey. Tap Continue to proceed.
You will be logged in to your Amazon account automatically.

  1. Make sure you are signed in to the latest version of the Zoho Vault iOS app.

  3. Tap the profile icon at the bottom of the screen in the Amazon app.
  4. Select Your Account at the top of the page.
  5. Go to Account Settings and choose Login & Security.
  6. Locate the Passkeys section and click Set up. If you already have a passkey set up for your Amazon account, select Edit instead.
