Adding Secure Notes

Zoho Vault's secure notes are ideal for any sensitive information you need to keep private. Everything in your vaults, including notes, is encrypted. Additionally, you can access them from any device: phone, tablet, laptop, or PC. This lets you easily open, edit, and securely share notes with those you trust.

Use secure notes for anything you need to keep both protected and handy. They're perfect for everyday snippets, recurring reminders, or even one-time trip details.

Here are just a few ways you can use secure notes:
  • Travel: Flight numbers, gate information, local taxi contacts, and important addresses.
  • Finances: Track business expenses and organize notes for tax filing.
  • Health: List allergies, manage medication schedules, keep track of appointments.

Follow these steps to add secure note: 

  1. Open your vault account and navigate to the Passwords section
  2. Click the Add button to create a new entry.
  3. In the Category field, select Secure note.
  4. Enter your note's details in the provided field.
  5. Choose the appropriate folder to organize your note (optional).
  6. Click Save to finalize creating your secure note.
