Admin Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard gives a comprehensive overview of everything happening in your team and enables you to perform important admin actions. Use your Admin Dashboard to:
  • View your team's current size and invite more members.
  • Check pending invites and send reminders.
  • Check how many user licenses are in use and purchase more.
  • See how your team's storage space is being used.
  • View real-time activity in your team.

Get a Graphical Summary of Team Activity

To see a brief overview of the activity in your team, you can view the number of files created, uploaded, downloaded, edited, and shared during a selected period of time.

1. Click Admin Console in the bottom-left corner of your WorkDrive account.
The Admin Console page will open in a new tab. Dashboard will be selected by default.



2. Select a duration in the dropdown below File Activity in the lower-left corner of your Admin Dashboard.
3. Switch between the titles at the top-right corner to view activity graphs for file additions, previews, edits, uploads, and downloads.
