Import users from Microsoft 365 to WorkDrive

The Zoho WorkDrive application in Azure Marketplace will help you import users from Microsoft 365 directly into your Zoho WorkDrive account.

Steps to import users from Microsoft account to WorkDrive:

Sign in to your Zoho account using the "Sign in using a Microsoft account" option.
Go to the WorkDrive app page in Microsoft Azure Marketplace or Microsoft AppSource.
Click the GET IT NOW button, which will open a consent screen.
Read the terms and privacy policies, and then click Continue to proceed. This will redirect the existing WorkDrive user to their WorkDrive home page.

i. If you're a new user, clicking GET IT NOW will redirect you to the Zoho Accounts page.
ii. Select the region name and click Continue to create your Zoho Account.
iii. In the Create Team Page that appears next, enter a Team Name and click the Invite Users from Admin Console button to import your Azure Marketplace account users.
Click Admin Console in the bottom-left corner of your WorkDrive account.
The Admin Console page will open in a new tab. Dashboard will be selected by default.
Click Members in the left panel.
Click Invite from Microsoft 365 in the top-right corner. The Invite Members page will list all the members in your Microsoft 365 account.
Choose the members you want to add to your WorkDrive account and click Invite Members at the bottom.
Selecting "Admin" in the checkbox to the right of the user's name will add them as a Team Admin in WorkDrive. If not checked, they will be added as a Team Member.
