The Members section in your Admin Console will display the list of all members in your team. You can also see a summarized view of how many members in your team are active, suspended, or deleted, as well as the number of pending invites.
Here's how you can use your team member list:
You can also add people to your team, resend invitations, change member roles, delete, or suspend members in the Members section.
Resend or revoke invitations
You can send reminders to people who have not accepted your invitation. If you've sent an invite to the wrong person, you can always revoke the invitation sent to them.
Click Admin Console in the bottom-left corner of your WorkDrive account.
The Admin Console page will open in a new tab. Dashboard will be selected by default.
In the dashboard, you can see a quick view of invited member count. This represents the number of users who are invited and yet to accept from their end. You can quickly send them a reminder by simply clicking the mail icon.

- Select the Members tab in the left pane and click Invited Members at the top-right.
Select a member and click 
- Click Resend Invite to send a reminder.
- Click Revoke Invite to cancel an invitation.
Change a member's role
An individual in a team can be either a Team Member or a Team Admin. Team Admins can assign specific roles in a Team Folder and set the team role for each member via the Admin Console.
Only the Super Admin and Team Admins have access to the Admin Console. Team role is not to be confused with Team Folder roles. You can read more about Team Folder roles here . - Click Admin Console in the bottom-left corner of your WorkDrive account.
The Admin Console page will open in a new tab. Dashboard will be selected by default. - Select the Members tab in the left pane to open it on the right.

- Hover your mouse over the name of the member and click

- Select Change Role and select the new team role.
Suspend or activate a member
You can suspend a member in your team and temporarily block them from accessing your team account and files. A suspended member can also be brought back to the team. They can resume all activities and regain access to all their files.
To suspend a member:
- Click Admin Console in the bottom-left corner of your WorkDrive account.
The Admin Console page will open in a new tab. Dashboard will be selected by default. - Select the Members tab in the left pane to open it on the right.

- Hover your mouse over the name of the member who's account you want to deactivate and click
.
- Select Suspend Member. A dialog box will appear asking for confirmation of suspending the member's account.
- Click Suspend Member.
- A suspended member will immediately lose access to the team account and any synced files.
- Files and folders uploaded or created by the member will remain active.
- The user license of a suspended member will be cancelled. The admin can either re-use it for a new member or reimburse the license.
- Click Admin Console in the bottom-left corner of your WorkDrive account.
The Admin Console page will open in a new tab. Dashboard will be selected by default. - Select the Members tab in the left pane to open it on the right.
- Click Suspended Members at the top-right, under Member Details.
- Hover your mouse over the name of the member who's account you want to activate and click
.
- Select Activate User.
Delete a member
If a member switches to a different team or leaves the organization, you can transfer ownership of all their files to another member before deleting their team account.
To delete a member:
- Click Admin Console in the bottom-left corner of your WorkDrive account.
The Admin Console page will open in a new tab. Dashboard will be selected by default. - Select the Members tab in the left pane to open it on the right.
- Hover your mouse over the name of the member you want to remove and click
.

- Select Delete Member.
A dialog box will appear asking for confirmation of deleting the member's account.
- Enter the name or email address of the member you'd like to transfer ownership.
- Click Delete Member.
Transferring ownership
- All files and folders from the deleted member's My Folders will be transferred to the new member's My Folders.
- The files and folders in the deleted member's trash will also be moved to the new member's trash. The new owner can then choose to either restore them or delete them permanently.
- Only the deleted member's admin role in Team Folders will be transferred to the new member. Other roles such as organizer, editor, and viewer will not be transferred.
- All share permissions will be retained on the deleted member's files and folders.

- A deleted member will immediately lose access to the team account and any synced files.
- Files and folders of a deleted member will remain active if their ownership has been transferred to an active member.
- The user license of a deleted member will be cancelled. The admin can either re-use it for a new member or reimburse the license.
When a member's account is deleted from another Zoho app, you can still transfer ownership of their files and folders to another team member in WorkDrive.
Export Team Member Information
You can export a comprehensive list of your team members and their details from the Admin Console.
To export team members information:
Click Admin Console in the bottom-left corner of your WorkDrive account.
The Admin Console page will open in a new tab.
Select the Members tab in the left pane. By default, this will list Active members. To change the list, click the member dropdown tab and choose the member type you wish to export (e.g., Licensed, Invited, Suspended, Deleted, Team Admins, Template Admins). The screen will update to list the chosen members.
Click the Export button from the top panel.The export process will begin, and you will receive a bell notification once the export is complete. You can find the exported file in the My Exports folder, under My Folders tab.

The exported file will contain the details for the selected group of members, including the following fields:
Member name
Email address
Added by
Status
Member role
External sharing option in My Folders
Is Template Admin
Folders Count in My Folders
Files Count in My Folders
Storage limit in My Folders (GB)
Storage used in My Folders
Storage used in My Folders (bytes)
Note: To export a specific type (e.g., Suspended members), ensure you select that group from the member dropdown before clicking Export.
