Draft Settings

When you create files using Zoho Office Suite in a Team Folder, they'll remain as drafts and will only be visible only to you. The creator has to mark the draft files as ready to make it visible to other team members.

Draft settings in WorkDrive's Admin Console allow the team admins to either allow or disallow the newly created native documents, sheets, and presentations to be automatically saved as a draft in Team Folders.

If disabled, the native files will be in the ready state automatically, and will be visible to other Team Folder members. By default, this setting is enabled in your WorkDrive account.

To enable or disable draft settings in WorkDrive:
  1. Click Admin Console in the bottom-left corner of your WorkDrive account. The Admin Console page will open in a new tab. Dashboard will be selected by default.
  2. Click Settings in the left panel. The Profile settings will be displayed by default.
  3. Select Content
  4. Toggle Save all new files that you create inside Team Folders as drafts ON or OFF to enable or disable the feature.
