For Windows

1. Click the WorkDrive TrueSync icon in the taskbar or system tray. The popup menu will open.
2. Click the Settings icon.
3. Select Preferences.
4. Select the Account tab. Click the Disconnect Computer button.
5. Click Yes in the confirmation message.
6. Click the WorkDrive TrueSync icon in the taskbar or system tray again, then click the Settings icon .
7. Select Quit.
8. Follow the steps below based on your Windows version:
   

For Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1


1. Go to Control Panel on your Computer.
   
2. Click Uninstall a program under Programs.
   
3. Right-click the Zoho WorkDrive app and select Uninstall.
   
4. In the confirmation dialog box, click Uninstall.
   

For Windows 10 and Windows 11


1. Go to Windows Settings on your Computer.
   
2. Click Apps and select Apps & features on the left pane.
   
3. Click the Zoho WorkDrive app and select Uninstall.
   
4. In the confirmation dialog box, click Uninstall.

For Mac

1. Click the WorkDrive TrueSync icon in the menu bar. The popup menu will open.
2. Click the Settings icon.
3. Select Preferences.
4. Select the Account tab. Click the Disconnect Computer button.
5. Click Yes in the confirmation message.
6. Click the WorkDrive TrueSync icon in the menu bar again, then click the Settings icon.
7. Select Quit.
8. Open Finder and go to Applications in your computer.
9. Right-click the Zoho WorkDrive TrueSync app and click Move to Trash.

Note:

In some cases, the complete application data of WorkDrive TrueSync will not have been cleared. To fully wipe that data from your Mac system:

1. Open the Terminal.
2. Type the following: sudo launchctl unload -wF “/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.zoho.truesync.upgrader.plist”
3. Press Enter. If prompted for a password, enter your system password and press Enter again.
4. Type sudo rm “/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.zoho.truesync.upgrader.plist” and press Enter. This will remove the plist file of WorkDrive TrueSync from your system.
5. Type sudo rm -r “/Library/Application Support/zohotruesync” and press Enter. This will remove the application data of WorkDrive TrueSynce from your system.
