From site settings page

1. Open your WorkDrive page in Opera and sign in.
2. Ensure the WorkDrive Genie desktop app is installed and running.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Page information icon to the left of the address bar and choose Site settings.
4. Locate Apps on device option within the window.
5. Set it to Allow.
   
   
   
   
6. Refresh the WorkDrive page.
7. Try opening the file again.

Using Opera settings shortcut

1. Open Opera Browser.
2. In the address bar, enter:
   opera://settings/content/loopbackNetwork
   
   
   
   
3. Press Enter.
4. Under Allowed to access other apps and services on this device, click Add.
   
   
   
   
5. Add your WorkDrive URL along with the “:443” port, such as:
1. https://workdrive.zoho.com:443
2. https://workdrive.zoho.eu:443
   
   
   
   
6. Return to WorkDrive and refresh the page.
7. Try opening the file again.
