Join a public Team Folder
Team Folders are shared workspaces where you and your team can store files, collaborate, and keep everything organized in one place.
You can join any Public Team Folder in your team. For Private Team Folders, the Team Folder Admin or Organizer must add you. You can be part of multiple Team Folders based on the projects you're involved in.
You can join any Public Team Folder in your team. For Private Team Folders, the Team Folder Admin or Organizer must add you. You can be part of multiple Team Folders based on the projects you're involved in.
To join a public Team Folder:
- Click Team Folders in the left panel. All public Team Folders in your team will be listed.
- In the dropdown at the top, choose Yet to Join. You will see a list of public Team Folders that you are yet to join.
- Hover your mouse over the desired Team Folder name and click Join. You'll be a member of the team.
Note: When you join a public Team Folder, you are automatically assigned the Viewer role. If you require a higher level of access (like Editor or Admin), please contact the Team Folder Admin or Organizer and request a role change.
