Maintain personal files in My Folders
My Folders is a personal workspace in WorkDrive for storing your individual work, drafts, and files that aren't yet ready for team sharing.
You can access My Folders from the left panel. Here, you can create folders, upload files, and organize your personal work.
Adding files and performing actions such as sharing, organizing with labels, marking favorites, adding comments, and managing file versions in My Folders are done the exact same way as in Team Folders.
The key distinction is that while files in Team Folders are automatically accessible to all team members, and files and folders in My Folders are private and can only be viewed by you until shared.
However, whenever you're ready to collaborate, you can easily move or copy files from My Folders to any Team Folder you have access to.
