Import files from other cloud storage services

Use the Cloud Picker in Zoho WorkDrive to bring files from popular cloud platforms directly into your Team Folders or My Folders. Supported services include Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Evernote.


To import files:
  1. Open WorkDrive and select a Team Folder or My Folders from the left panel.
  2. Click + New in the top menu bar.



  3. Choose Import from Cloud from the dropdown menu.
    The Google Drive tab opens by default. Select the cloud storage service you want to import from.



  4. Sign in to the selected service and authorize WorkDrive to access your files.
  5. Once authenticated, browse and select the files you want to import.



  6. Click Attach to upload the selected files to WorkDrive.
After the upload is complete, the files will be available in your chosen folder.

Limitations:
  1. You can import up to 25 files at a time.
  2. Maximum file size: Each file you import from a cloud storage service must be 1 GB or smaller. Files larger than 1 GB cannot be imported using the Cloud Picker. To transfer larger files or import more files in bulk, use WorkDrive’s built-in migration tool.
  3. Account support:
    1. Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, and Evernote: Only personal (non-business) accounts are supported.
    2. OneDrive: Both personal and business accounts are supported.
