Delete individual plan
Tip: Make sure to back up your data, as it cannot be restored once the account is deleted.- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of your WorkDrive screen.
- Under My WorkDrive, select Plan details. The Plan Details page will appear.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete Individual Account. A Confirmation box page will appear.
If you have any paid storage add-on subscriptions, you must cancel them before deleting your account. If so, click Cancel Subscription, complete the cancellation, and then proceed to delete your account. - In the confirmation dialog, review the details, select the I understand and want to proceed checkbox, and add a feedback, if you have any.
- Once done, click Delete account. Your account will be permanently deleted.
