Delete individual plan

You can delete your WorkDrive individual account when you no longer need it. Deleting your account permanently removes all files and folders, disables all sharing, download, and embed links immediately, and revokes all collaborator access.
IdeaTip: Make sure to back up your data, as it cannot be restored once the account is deleted.

How to delete your account  
  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of your WorkDrive screen.
  2. Under My WorkDrive, select Plan details. The Plan Details page will appear.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete Individual Account. A Confirmation box page will appear.
    If you have any paid storage add-on subscriptions, you must cancel them before deleting your account. If so, click Cancel Subscription, complete the cancellation, and then proceed to delete your account.



  4. In the confirmation dialog, review the details, select the I understand and want to proceed checkbox, and add a feedback, if you have any.
  5. Once done, click Delete accountYour account will be permanently deleted.
