Save files and folders offline using mobile apps

Whether on your Android or iOS device, the offline function lets you save files and folders to check without worrying about connectivity.
 

Make your folders offline 

  1. Open your WorkDrive mobile app.
  2. Find the folder you wish to save offline and press more options (...) to the right of your selected folder.
  3. From the menu, select Make Offline.

  1. Open your WorkDrive mobile app.
  2. Find the file you wish to save offline and press more options (...) to the right-hand side of the selected file.
  3. From the menu, select Make Offline. 



The Offline folder 

Your offline files and folders are stored in a dedicated Offline folder. You can store files and folders up to 1GB each offline.

                 

Remove files and folders from your Offline folder 

  1. From the navigation menu on your WorkDrive mobile app, select Offline.
    Alternately, you can press more options (...) on any other file with a tick icon from any folder.
  2. Select the file or folder you want to remove from your device and tap more options (...) to the right of the selected file.
  3. Select Remove Offline to remove the file or folder from your device. You’ll still be able to open it as long as you’re connected to a network and have the required permissions.

It was recommended to me from a support rep to mark files "Offline" that needed accessing from the Team Folders; For anyone else having issues accessing files through the Android Filesystem and trying to get at their Team Folders, this will not work.
