Backup your WorkDrive data using ManageEngine RecoveryManager Plus (RMP)

WorkDrive has now introduced the Changes API to streamline and enhance this essential task. The Changes API facilitates the identification of specific modifications within a WorkDrive team, saving time and resources by transferring only the details of modified files and folders, rather than the entire team's data. This approach minimizes resource consumption and significantly expedites the backup process compared to backing up the entire team's data.

With this capability, WorkDrive now supports both full and incremental backups, to ensure secure storage of your data. This advancement allows third-party backup solution providers to seamlessly integrate with WorkDrive, offering comprehensive backup solutions by utilizing the enhanced listing API and Changes API for full and incremental backups, respectively.
To simplify this process, you can utilize our in-house backup solution, ManageEngine RecoveryManager Plus, to back up and restore all your content stored in WorkDrive, equipped with advanced features.
ManageEngine RecoveryManager Plus
ManageEngine RecoveryManager Plus provides backup support for various cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, and more). They have now used the Changes API to provide backup and restore support for content stored in WorkDrive teams.

- Automate your backups: Set up automated backups with flexible scheduling options (daily, weekly, or monthly) to ensure regular data backups.
- Efficient incremental backup: RecoveryManager Plus supports incremental backup, enabling the retrieval of modified and new data since the last backup, saving you time and effort.
- Multiple storage choices: Save your backup files on your local desktop, Network Attached Storage (NAS), or Azure cloud, according to your preference.
- Download option and data retention settings: Users can download the backed-up files and folders directly from ManageEngine RecoveryManager Plus. Additionally, they can set up a data retention policy to retain those backup items forever, which helps in compliance.
- Quick restoration: Easily retrieve deleted WorkDrive files and folders directly within the RecoveryManager Plus application.
