Access Shared with Me  

1. Navigate to Shared with Me from the left pane.
   You’ll see a list of files and folders shared with you.
   
   
   
2. Use the dropdown to filter items by the user or group who shared them, to locate specific item quickly.
3. You also can find sorting, view, and additional filter options at the top-right corner of the page.

• Sort items:
  Click the Sort icon and choose Name, Last Modified, or Shared Time.
• Change the view:
  Click the View icon and select List or Thumbnail.
• Filter by file type:
  Click the Filter icon and choose All, Folders, or a specific file type.
  Available file type filters include Documents, PDFs, Spreadsheets, Presentations, Images, Videos, and Audio.

Remove items from Shared with Me

1. Navigate to Shared with Me from the left pane and select the requited file.

2. Click the More actions icon (…) to manage individual items.
You can copy, organise, or remove an item from this list.

Notes:

• Files and folders shared via groups cannot be removed from Shared with Me.
• Once you remove any files and folders from Shared with Me, the same will be removed from Recent Files and Favorites, but you will still be able to find those items from search results and access them as per the available permissions. When you access the file or folder again, that item will again be listed in Shared with Me.
• Labels associated with the shared files and folders will also be removed while removing the items from Shared with Me.
