System Extension blocked for WorkDrive TrueSync (Mac devices with Intel processor)
When installing the WorkDrive TrueSync app in Apple devices with Intel-based processors, you may see a pop-up saying 'System Extension Blocked'. System Extension must be allowed to use WorkDrive TrueSync.

- The following steps are only applicable to Mac OS with Intel-based processors.
- To determine whether your device has an Intel-based processor, select the Apple
icon at the top of your screen and choose About This Mac.

- If your device has the M1 or M2 chip, follow the steps given in this article.

You must have administrator privileges on your computer to complete the steps given below.
Allow system extension for WorkDrive TrueSync
- Click the Apple
icon at the top of your screen.
- Click System Settings and select Privacy & Security from the left pane.
In the Privacy & Security tab, navigate to the Security section, where you will find the following dialog box:
System software from developer "Benjamin Fleischer" has been updated.

- Click the Allow button next to that information.
- Restart your computer.
