Pin important Team Folders for quick access
Pinning a Team Folder keeps your most important workspaces conveniently at the top of your Team Folders list, ensuring quick and easy access, especially when you’re working across multiple Team Folders.
To pin a Team Folder
- Navigate to the left sidebar and click on the specific Team Folder you want to pin from the list to open it.
- Hover near the Manage dropdown at the top of the folder view to find the pin icon.
- Click the Pin icon. The icon will turn green to indicate that the Team Folder is pinned.
The folder now appears at the top of your Team Folders list.
Note: If you have multiple pinned folders, they will be listed in alphabetical order.
To unpin a Team Folder
In the side panel, the Pinned Team Folders will be available at the top of the Team Folders list with a pin indication.
- Click the pin icon to the left of the Team Folder that you want to unpin.
Alternatively, you can open the Team Folder and click the green pin icon at the top.
The icon will revert to grey and the Team Folder will return to its original position in the list.
