Create files using the built-in Zoho Office Suite Apps
Zoho Office Suite is a collection of three powerful online editors that enable you to create, edit, and share documents, spreadsheets, and presentations directly from your browser. With built-in collaboration features and cloud access, you can work on files anytime, from anywhere.
The Office Suite is tightly integrated with Zoho WorkDrive, providing a unified storage space for all your files. This integration ensures your content stays organized and easily accessible, whether you’re working individually or with your team.
WorkDrive also supports files created using other office suites such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs. This makes it convenient to manage and collaborate on virtually any file type without needing to switch between platforms.

Zoho Writer
Zoho Writer is a cloud-based word processor designed to help you capture ideas and create polished documents with ease. It offers a distraction-free writing environment along with powerful review and collaboration tools.
You can collaborate with your team using real-time editing and chat, track changes through live cursors, and share feedback with interactive comments. For controlled editing workflows, Writer also supports check-in and check-out options. Additionally, you can use digital signatures to approve documents and publish content directly to WordPress.

Zoho Sheet
Zoho Sheet is an online spreadsheet application built to help you organize, analyze, and visualize data efficiently. Whether you’re working with simple lists or complex datasets, Sheet provides a wide range of formulas and functions to simplify calculations.
You can create charts and tables to present data clearly, import or export files in various formats, and collaborate with others in real time. Its cloud-based nature ensures your data is always accessible and up to date.

Zoho Show
Zoho Show is a presentation tool that lets you design engaging slides and deliver presentations from anywhere. You can broadcast presentations live, allowing your audience to view and interact with you in real time.
To make your slides more dynamic, Show allows you to embed videos, link external content such as tweets, and apply a variety of animations and transition effects.

Creating a new Writer, Sheet, or Show file
You can easily create new files and folders directly from WorkDrive.
- Navigate to the left pane and open My Folders or any Team Folder.
- Click the + New button in the top menu bar, then choose the type of item you want to create.
- Select Zoho Writer (for document), Zoho Sheet (for spreadsheet), or Zoho Show (for presentation) to open a new file in a separate tab.
- If you want to organize your content, select Folder, enter a name for the folder, and press Enter.
