Customize appearance and theme settings
You can personalize the appearance of your WorkDrive account by choosing your preferred display mode, theme color, and font to create a more comfortable and customized experience.
Appearance
You can choose a mode in which you want to view your WorkDrive account.
The available options are Light Mode, Dark Mode, and System Default.

To change the mode:
- Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select Appearance.
- Under Appearance field, select the required mode (Light, Dark, or System Default).
- Check the Make the left panel lighter box if you prefer it lighter.
Alternatively, you can simply click the Appearance icon at the bottom of the right pane in WorkDrive to quickly switch between Light and Dark modes. And you can access other appearance and theme settings from here.
Theme Color
You can choose a theme colour used across all your screens in WorkDrive.
The available themes are Blue, Green, Red and Yellow.

To select a theme color:
- Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select Appearance.
Alternatively, click the Appearance icon at the bottom of the right pane in WorkDrive and choose See other preferences. - Under Theme Color, select the required theme color:
Available color options: Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow.
Font
You can choose the font used throughout the WorkDrive interface for reading and navigation.
The available fonts are Zoho Puvi, Lato, Roboto, PT Sans, and Arial.
To select a font:
- Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select Appearance.
Alternatively, click the Appearance icon at the bottom of the right pane in WorkDrive and choose See other preferences. - Under Font, select the required font among Zoho Puvi, Lato, Roboto, PT Sans, and Arial.
The selected font is applied instantly, and you can view the changes in the preview below.
