Sort files and folders
Sort files and folders in a Team Folder or My Folders by Name, Last Modified, or Created Time for easier access.
To sort files and folders:
1. Go to a Team Folder or My Folders in Zoho WorkDrive.
2. Select the
Sort by
icon
on the top menu bar, then choose one of the sort options from the dropdown:
- Name
- Last Modified
- Created Time
3. You can switch between sorting the files and folders in ascending or descending order by selecting Name, Last Modified, or Created Time next to the up or down arrow at the top of the files and folder.
4. Scroll down to see the files and folders.
You can also select a sub-folder inside a Team Folder or My Folders and sort their files and folders.
Filter files and folders
Filter folders or filter files based on type (documents, spreadsheets, presentations, images) for quick access.
To filter files or folders:
1. Go to a Team Folder or My Folders in Zoho WorkDrive.
2. Select the
Filter
icon
on the top menu bar, then choose one of the filter options from the dropdown:
- Folders
- Documents
- Spreadsheets
- Presentations
- PDF
- Audio
- Images
- Videos
For Team Folders, in addition to the above filter options,
My Drafts
will be available.
3. Scroll down to see the filtered files or folders.
