Share files and folders with the WorkDrive support team to analyse, debug, or understand issues related to preview, formatting, and editing. (For other issues, please send an email to WorkDrive support)

Warning: Always ensure that you don't share any files containing sensitive information with the support team as they can view the files with actual content to resolve preview, formatting, and editing issues.
To share files or folders to WorkDrive Support:
- Select a file or folder from a Team Folder or My Folders.
- Click the More actions icon next to the Download button in the top actions bar.
- Select Share to Support from the dropdown. A Share to Support dialog box will open.
Alternatively, you can right-click the file or folder and select Share to Support.
- In the comment field, describe your issue clearly with all the necessary details.
- Select an access level, View or Edit.
- Click SHARE.
