View Team Folder Activity
The activity timeline in Team Folders lets you track actions performed by members, collaborators, and external users.
This includes Team Folder uploads, moves, renames, shares, comments, deletions, and restores, so you can monitor Team Folder changes with ease.

Only Team Admins and Organizers can view Team Folder activity.

View Team Folder activity
- In the left pane, select the desired Team Folder.
- Click Manage at the top and select Settings from the dropdown.
The Settings tab will open. - Click Activity from the horizontal menu.
All activities in the Team Folder will appear in a timeline, with the most recent activity at the top.
Filter and export activities
- Use the All Activities dropdown to filter by specific actions, such as upload, view, download, move, rename, share, comment, trash, delete, or restore.
- Click Export Activity Report at the top to download selected Team Folder activities from the past 30 days in CSV format.
