Zia helps you instantly create written content and visuals based on simple prompts. Whether you're drafting documents, brainstorming ideas, or creating supporting images, Zia reduces the time and effort required to start from scratch.
Pre-requisites
Generate content
Zia can help you create a wide range of content, including emails, reports, summaries, blog drafts, and more, based on your input.
- Click the Zia icon in the right pane. The Zia window will appear.
Alternatively, navigate to +New > Zia > Generate Content. - Choose Generate content from the dropdown.
- Describe what content you need in the box below.
- Click Generate.
Zia will analyze your input and generate content accordingly. You can modify or regenerate the content until it meets your needs.
Manage generated content
Once the content is generated, you can refine or save it based on your requirements.
- Click Save to store the generated content in WorkDrive as a .zdoc file
- Click Regenerate to create a completely new version based on your original input
- Click Other options and
- Rephrase to improve or enhance the content
- Shorten to make the content more concise
Generate images
Zia lets you create images from simple text prompts, just describe what you want, and it generates visuals instantly, no design skills needed.
This feature is currently available only through OpenAI services.
- Click the Zia icon in the right pane. The Zia window will appear.
Alternatively, navigate to +New > Zia > Generate Content. - Choose Generate image from the dropdown.
- Describe how you want your image to be in the input box.
- Click Generate.
Zia will analyze your input and generate an image accordingly. You can modify your prompt or regenerate the image until it meets your needs.
Manage generated image
Once the image is generated, you can save or regenerate it based on your needs.
- Click Save to store the generated image in WorkDrive
- Click Regenerate to create a new image based on your original prompt.
