Generate content and images in WorkDrive using Zia AI

By enabling this integration, you can receive instant assistance within the WorkDrive platform, empowering you to effortlessly generate engaging content and eye-catching images. Simply provide a brief description and Zia AI will swiftly analyze your request and generate customized content and images that align with your needs.
Important:
To enable AI-powered capabilities in WorkDrive, the team admin or super admin must activate Zia AI and set up the appropriate AI service at the team level. Learn how to activate Zia AI in WorkDrive

Supported AI services in WorkDrive
- Zoho AI, our in-house AI service (Powered by open-source large language models)
- Can be enabled directly without requiring an additional key.
Note: Currently, Zoho AI does not support generating images or cover images. - OpenAI
- You must bring your own key (OpenAI secret key) to enable this integration.
- Before setting up the integration, it's important to review OpenAI's privacy policies.
- The number of generations, summaries, and suggestions available depends on your OpenAI subscription plan.
- If Open AI has already been configured for your team via another Zoho app (Writer, Sheet, or Show), we'll automatically detect it and allow you to use that integration within the WorkDrive platform.
Generate content using Zia AI
Simply describe the type of content you need. Zia will analyze your input to generate relevant and personalized content.
- Click the + NEW button in the top menu bar and select Zia AI. Alternatively, you can also click the Zia icon in the right pane. The Zia AI window will appear.
- Choose Generate content and enter the type of content you need.
You can request a question, a summary, assistance writing a blog or song, or help with any other content-related need. - Click Generate.
Zia will analyze your input and generate content accordingly. The generated content can be modified or regenerated until you're satisfied with the result.
Manage generated content
Once the content is generated, you have the option to save it to WorkDrive, make modifications to it, or regenerate it according to your needs.
Save to WorkDrive:
Click the Save to WorkDrive icon to save the generated content to WorkDrive in .zdoc file format.
Regenerate:
Click Regenerate to generate completely new content based on your original request.
Other options:
Click Other options to find the following options:
- Rephrase: Enhance the generated content further.
- Shorten: Make the generated content more concise.
Generate images using Zia AI
Important: This feature is currently available only through OpenAI services.
Describe the type of image you need using words and generate visually appealing images directly within the WorkDrive platform. Zia utilizes DALL-E, an AI system, to generate images and art based on user descriptions.
- Click the + NEW button in the top menu bar and select Zia AI. Alternatively, you can also click the Zia icon in the right pane. The Zia AI window will appear.
- Choose Generate image and enter your image requirements.
- Click Generate. Zia will analyze your input and generate images accordingly.
Manage generated images
Once the images are generated, you have the option to save it to WorkDrive, or regenerate it according to your needs.
Save to WorkDrive:
Click the Save button to save the generated image to WorkDrive in .png file format.
Regenerate:
If you feel the initial suggestion could be improved, click the Regenerate button to receive an alternative suggestion from Zia AI.
