Notes: 

1. The team admin or super admin must enable this integration at the team level to unlock its capabilities within WorkDrive.
2. Before setting up the integration, it's important to review OpenAI's privacy-related policies, as Zia's capabilities are derived from OpenAI.
3. The number of generations, summaries, and suggestions you can receive is limited based on your OpenAI subscription plan.
   

Generate content using Zia AI

Simply describe the type of content you need. Zia will analyze your input to generate relevant and personalized content.

1. Click the + NEW button in the top menu bar and select Zia AI. Alternatively, you can also click the Zia icon in the bottom-right corner. The Zia AI window will appear.
   
   
   
2. Choose Generate content and enter the type of content you need.
   You can request a question, a summary, assistance writing a blog or song, or help with any other content-related need.
3. Click Generate.
   Zia will analyze your input and generate content accordingly. The generated content can be modified or regenerated until you're satisfied with the result.

Manage generated content

Once the content is generated, you have the option to save it to WorkDrive, make modifications to it, or regenerate it according to your needs.

1. Rephrase: Enhance the generated content further.
2. Shorten: Make the generated content more concise.

Generate images using Zia AI

1. Click the + NEW button in the top menu bar and select Zia AI. Alternatively, you can also click the Zia icon in the bottom-right corner. The Zia AI window will appear.
2. Choose Generate image and enter your image requirements.
3. Click Generate. Zia will analyze your input and generate images accordingly. 

Manage generated images

Once the images are generated, you have the option to save them to WorkDrive, or regenerate it according to your needs.
