Generate cover images for audio and video files with Zia

Zia lets you generate and update cover images for your audio and video files using simple prompts, helping you create visually appealing thumbnails that better represent your content and improve discoverability.



Pre-requisites  

To use Zia features, your Team Admin or Super Admin must have activated Zia by setting up the Zoho AI service at the team level. Learn how to activate Zia settings

Generate cover images for your audio and video files

  1. Open the audio or video file in preview.
  2. Click Zia icon from the left pane, and choose Change cover image. The Zia window will open
    Alternately, navigate to Details > Change cover image > Change > Generate image using Zia > Generate cover image.



  3. Under the Image description box, describe how you want your cover image. 
  4. Click Generate cover image. 
    Zia will generate a cover image based on your description. 
  5. Click Apply as cover image to use the generated image.

If you wish to explore alternative suggestions, click the Regenerate button to receive a different cover image suggestion from Zia.
