Translate comments with Zia

Zia can translate comments into your preferred language, making it easier for teams to collaborate across different regions and understand feedback without language barriers.

Zia currently supports translations in 74 languages.

Pre-requisites

To use Zia features, your Team Admin or Super Admin must have activated Zia by setting up the Zoho AI service at the team level. Learn how to activate Zia settings

Translate posted comments

Follow these steps to translate others' comments and your posted comments.

Open the file in preview mode, and add a comment.
Hover over the comment and click the More actions (...) icon.
Select Translate to > (Preferred language) from the dropdown menu.
Zia will process your request and translate the comment into the selected language.

Once the comment is translated, a Show original button will appear below it.
Click this button to switch back to the original content.

Translate comments before posting

Follow these steps to post a translated comment.

Open the file in preview mode, and add a comment.
Click AI suggestion at the left bottom of the comment box. This will open a dropdown menu.
Choose Translate to > (Preferred language).
Your comment will be translated to preferred language immediately.
Once done, click Post.
