Update cover images for your audio and video files using Zia AI
This feature is currently available only for users in the US, IN, EU, AU, and CA data centers.
- Zoho AI, our in-house AI service (Powered by open-source large language models)
- Can be enabled directly without requiring an additional key.
Note: Currently, Zoho AI does not support generating images or cover images. - OpenAI
- You must bring your own key (OpenAI secret key) to enable this integration.
- Before setting up the integration, it's important to review OpenAI's privacy policies.
- The number of generations, summaries, and suggestions available depends on your OpenAI subscription plan.
- If Open AI has already been configured for your team via another Zoho app (Writer, Sheet, or Show), we'll automatically detect it and allow you to use that integration within the WorkDrive platform.
Generate cover images for your audio and video files
Open an audio or video file in preview.
Click the Zia icon in the right pane.
Alternatively, open an audio or video file in preview and click on the Details icon from the right pane. Choose Change cover image > Generate image using Zia AI option.
The Zia AI window will open, with the Generate cover image option selected by default.- Describe the cover image requirements in the Image description field and click Generate cover image.
Zia AI will generate a list of cover image options based on your description. - Select an image from the generated list and click Apply as cover image.
- If you wish to explore alternative suggestions, click the Regenerate button to receive a different cover image suggestion from Zia AI.
