Update cover images for your audio and video files using Zia AI
Describe your ideal cover image in words and generate visually appealing cover images for your audio and video files directly within the WorkDrive platform. Zia utilizes DALL-E, an AI system, to generate images and art based on user descriptions.
Notes:
- The team admin or super admin must enable Zia AI + WorkDrive integration at the team level to unlock its capabilities within WorkDrive.
- Before setting up the integration, it's important to review OpenAI's privacy-related policies, as Zia's capabilities are derived from OpenAI.
- The number of generations, summaries, and suggestions you can receive is limited based on your OpenAI plan subscription.
Generate cover images for your audio and video files
Once Zia AI is enabled for your WorkDrive team, you'll be able to generate cover images for your audio and video files, then apply them to your media files directly within the WorkDrive platform. To do so:
- Open an audio or video file in preview.
- Select the Details icon from the right pane to access the Details tab.
- Click the Change cover image button. The Cover Image tab will appear.
- Click Change. A dropdown will appear.
- Choose Generate image using Zia AI. The Zia AI window will appear.
- Describe the cover image requirements in the Image description field and click Generate cover image.
Zia AI will generate a list of cover image options based on your description. - Select an image from the generated list and click Apply as cover image.
- If you wish to explore alternative suggestions, click the Regenerate button to receive a different cover image suggestion from Zia AI.
By following these steps, you can effortlessly generate and update visually appealing cover images for your audio and video files within the WorkDrive platform.
Limitations
You cannot replace the default cover image with the AI-generated cover image if it does not comply with the following requirements:
Cover image requirements:
- File size: less than 2 MB
- Supported file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG
