Profile Permission Required: Users with Manage Workflow profile permission can access this feature.

To create a Workflow Alert - Email

1. Go to Setup > Automation > Workflow > Alerts.
   
2. In the Workflow Alerts page, click Create Alert.
   
3. In the New Workflow Alert page, do the following: Enter a Name for the alert.
   
1. Select the Module from the drop-down list.
   
2. Browse for and associate an existing email template from the module's template folder. If you don't have the template, you can Create Templates.
3. Next, you have to enter the email addresses in the From and Reply to fields.
4. Here you can choose one of these options in the drop-down list:
   
1. your account email address
   
2. organization email address
   
3. email address of the record owner
   
4. email address of the current user
   
5. other user's email address
5. Choose the recipients of the email. The Persons associated with the email are displayed.
   
6. When you choose Roles/Groups, the email will be sent to the users that are part of the selected category.

To create a Workflow Alert - SMS

1. Go to Setup > Automation > Workflow Automation > Alerts.
   
2. In the Workflow Alerts page, click Create Alert.
   
3. In the Create New Alert page, do the following.
   
4. Enter a Name for the alert.
   
5. Select the Module from the drop-down list.
   
6. Browse for and associate an existing email template from the module's template folder. If you don't have the template, you can Create Templates. 

Note

When the Email has to be sent to users in the organization, it is sent as a notification from the email address support@zohoworkerly.com.
