Unsubscribe Link
This feature helps you generate an unsubscribe link for the email recipients. Using this link, the email recipients can opt out of receiving emails from your organization.
To generate an unsubscribe link:
- Navigate to Setup > Customization > Templates > Unsubscribe Link.
- In the Unsubscribe Link page, create a message and insert the available Zoho Workerly merge field values to customize it.
- Click Save.
To add an unsubscribe link in the email template:
- Navigate to Setup > Customization > Templates > Email Template.
- In the Email Templates page, click the Edit link corresponding to the email template you want to provide the unsubscribe link.
- In the Edit Email Template page, select the Add Unsubscribe Link checkbox.
If you wish to edit the Unsubscribe Link message, click on Edit link provided next to Add Unsubscribe Link checkbox. - Click Save.
Note:
- This feature is applicable only for Temps and Contacts set of emails.
- This link will be active only for 7 days.
