To find matching jobs for your temps,

1. From the Shifts module, move your mouse cursor to the date you want to find jobs
   
2. Click Find Matching Jobs
   
3. For that temp, based on their base pay, job title, and availability, all matching jobs will be listed
   Search results can be modified using the filter button  on the right
4. You will find three options for the Date filter— Any Time, All Day, Time Range
   
1. Any Time: This option shows matching jobs to temps irrespective of their start and end time
   
2. All Day: This option shows matching jobs to temps based on the number of working hours per day
   
3. Time Range: This option shows matching jobs that have a start and end time within the mentioned time range
   
1. If you choose the Time Range option, you can further filter jobs based on the Exact Time or Open Time.
   Open Time will fetch jobs that fall between the chosen time range. If the time range chosen is 09:00AM to 05:00PM, Zoho Workerly will list jobs that start and end between the chosen time range. This could be a work that starts at 09:45AM and ends at 04:00PM.
   Exact Time will fetch jobs that exactly fall under the given time range. If the chosen time range is 09:00AM to 05:00PM, Zoho Workerly will list jobs that exactly start at 09:00AM and end at 05:00PM.
5. Once the appropriate job is found, click Create Shift and Confirm the selection
   
6. A notification will be sent to the temp containing the job details
