Understanding temp view options on the Shift Scheduling board
Scenario:Zylker needs 3 temps to fill in a job on March 18, 2020. As an agent, you can create a shift by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to Scheduled Temps in the left panel below the Info heading.
2. Matching temps will be displayed in Roster View. You can also customize your criteria for finding temps.

Having your temps scheduled, you might need to check who all have accepted, rejected and are pending to accept/reject the offer you have made. And we have Temp Views and Status Board available on shift board for the same.
Let's take a look at how can you use these views during your shift scheduling process.
You might have seen All Matching Temps and Scheduled Temps views on your shift scheduling board. We would like to familiarize you with two new views: Temps Pending for Job Acceptance and Temps Rejected Jobs and Status Board to view the offer status—available on the scheduling board.
Scheduled Temps
This view shows all temps scheduled for a job. If you have temp acceptance enabled, a summary on the number of job offers sent, accepted/rejected temps, and temps who are assigned to job will be available to view. At times, you might be shown the message below. Click on Show All Matching Temps to view the temps that match your job. You can also use our Advanced Search for further refining.
All Matching Temps
This view provides you with the list of temps assigned for the job. They could be those who are yet to respond to the job offer or those who are already scheduled for the job. This view can be used in order to view matching temps on a larger scale.
From the list of matching temps, click + to create a shift for a single date or range of dates.

When you have Temp Acceptance enabled, the shift boxes will appear in orange. Clicking on the box will show you the shift details.
Note:
On the shift board, the tabs will be given in orange only when you have enabled Temp Acceptance. In such cases, as you schedule a job, the temp will be notified and they can Accept or Reject the job from their temp portal or mobile app.
Temps who have rejected the job offer will be listed in the Temps Rejected Jobs view.

Temps Pending for Job Acceptance
You can switch to Temps Pending for Job Acceptance and view those temps who have yet to mark accept or reject for the job offered.

Temps Rejected Job
Switching to Temps Rejected Job will display the list of temps who have rejected the job offer. Clicking on the shift box will show you more details.

Status Board
You can view all sent requests, how many temps have accepted, how many temps are assigned, how many temps have rejected - all in one place.
