Shift Reminders in Zoho Workerly helps keep your temps informed about their scheduled shifts and encourages punctuality. With this feature, you can send reminders to your workers about their upcoming shifts, including the start and end timings, as well as the job associated with the shift.

All default profiles (Admin & Agent) can access this feature.

Setting Up Shift Reminders

To set up Shift Reminders;

1. Navigate to Setup > Time Logs > Timeclock.
   
   

2. Go to Shift Reminder and select the appropriate Check in and Check out reminders, respectively.
   
   
   

Multi-select notifications

You can select multiple options for the check-in and check-out reminders, giving you more flexibility in controlling when and how your workers are notified.

Timely reminders will be delivered to the temps via notifications, keeping them informed about their shifts.

Note:
Temps will receive shift reminders in Workerly through two channels:

1. As in-app notifications on their Workerly mobile app.
   
2. In the notification section (bell icon) on their Workerly web portal.
