The Scheduled Temps view is designed to streamline your workflow by focusing on the relevant information - who's doing what and when. It focuses on helping agents manage Temp schedules efficiently.
Why a dedicated Scheduled Temp view?
We have introduced a dedicated view named "Scheduled Temps" running parallel to the "All Temps" view. With this enhancement, the "Scheduled Temps" view will display only the temps who have scheduled shifts within the currently selected week range. The new view is sleek, contextual, and useful. Whereas "All Temps", as the name suggests, will continue to display all temps.

This view lists all temps present in the databases, regardless of their schedule availability.

Users can also filter this view based on specific jobs, allowing for a more intricate analysis of all temps across different jobs.

How to use?
To activate the Scheduled Temps view, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Shifts module within Zoho Workerly.

Use the Views drop-drown menu to switch the view from All Temps to Scheduled Temps.
- Choose the desired week using our built-in calendar selector.

For Job Filtering
- Access the "All Clients" drop-down menu at the top of the screen.

Fill in the desired client and job details you want to filter by. You can select from existing clients and jobs or enter a new one.
- Once you have entered the client and job, click "Apply Filter"
- This will generate a list of all temps filtered specifically for job openings in the chosen week.
