1. Navigate to Setup.
   
2. Under Portal Setup, click Temp Login.
   
3. Toggle on the button to the right of Temp Login to enable this feature.
   

Note: If temp login is not enabled, an agent can also fill out the timesheets manually and proceed to submission. Client, Agency, and Auto approval can still be designated in this instance.

Timesheet early submission 

1. Navigate to Setup.
   
2. Under Time Logs, click Timeclock. 
   
3. Toggle on the button for Timesheet early submission.
   

Timesheet Approval

Note: You can specify either Agency, Client, or Auto approval for timesheets at the client level.

While creating a client, you can choose an approval mode from the Timesheet Approval Process options. These can be changed at anytime by navigating to the Clients module and clicking on the client name from the client details page. The updated timesheet approval process will be applied only to timesheets that are created after saving the changes.

As soon as a timesheet is submitted:

1. If you have selected Agency Approval, you can Accept or Reject the timesheet by navigating to the respective timesheet details page. Additionally, you can add remarks before approving.
   
   
2. If you have selected Client Approval, the respective client will receive an email where they can review the timesheet and Accept or Reject it. Additionally, they can add remarks before submitting. A success message will be displayed upon successful submission.
   
   
3. If you have opted for Auto-approval, as soon as the timesheet is submitted, it will automatically have its status updated to 'submitted' and you can proceed with creating an invoice.
