Zoho Writer allows you to convert fillable templates into interactive PDF forms. Users can create a Fillable Template, insert form fields, and download it as a fillable PDF for offline use—no additional software required.
This allows creation of PDF forms without any expensive software so that users can fill offline.
Steps
1. Start by creating a Fillable Template.
2. Add fillable fields to this template.
3. Go to File > Download As > Fillable PDF form to get a fillable PDF form as shown below.
