How to push filled form's data to Zoho CRM on submission

Overview

Zoho Writer allows you to automate the transfer of filled form data using Webhooks or Deluge Custom Functions, enabling powerful integrations with third-party apps, internal systems, or other Zoho services.
These methods are ideal for real-time data export and are commonly used in workflow automation, data syncing, or custom reporting pipelines.


Steps

  1. Open your fillable template containing fillable fields and navigate to the Automate tab.
  2. Under the On Submission section, select the Trigger Webhook & Custom Functions option.
  1. Choose Execute Custom Function from Built-in Gallery.
  2. Click Configure to choose function from the built-in Gallery to push the submitted data directly to Zoho CRM.
